Accidental Protection Plan

Optional Add-On Insurance for Added Peace of Mind

Customers have the option to add Accidental Protection to their order, displayed on this website as “Add Accidental Protection to Fly Without Worry.” This optional coverage can be added to your cart prior to checkout for an additional fee.

The cost of this service is 30% of the product’s retail price (discounts do not apply).
For example, a $100 product would have an optional $30 Accidental Protection add-on.

Accidental Protection Terms & Conditions

One-Time Replacement Guarantee

In the event of accidental, unintentional, or negligent damage to the structural components or internal electronics of your quadcopter, DCX Unlimited will provide a one-time, full replacement of the product if the Accidental Protection plan was purchased.

This replacement includes:

  • The drone

  • The remote controller

  • Propellers and included flying accessories

The replacement is valid once only, within 1 year of the original Accidental Protection purchase date.

Important:

  • If any part of the damaged product is returned, the entire unit will be replaced with a brand-new one

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once a claim is approved
