Shipping & Delivery (United States – Lower 48)
✅ FREE 1–3 Day Priority Mail Shipping (USPS) on all orders shipped within the Lower 48 states
SAME-DAY SHIPPING Cut-Off Times:

Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) ship same day

Saturday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) ship same day
UPS Services:
UPS is used for select shipments Monday–Friday with a 2:00 PM (EST) same-day cut-off.
If an order is placed after 1:00 PM on a weekday, it will ship on the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Friday or anytime Saturday/Sunday will ship on Monday.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no penalty prior to shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. If your item has already shipped, please contact our support team for next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at:
We can usually correct an address before shipment (within 24 hours). Once the order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Status & Notifications
You will receive updates at each stage of the process:

Order Confirmed – Your order is being prepared

Shipped – Tracking details are sent to your email/phone

Out for Delivery – Your package is on the way

Delivered – Your package has been confirmed as delivered
Tracking status can be monitored directly through the carrier once shipped.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking provided by USPS or UPS shows the package as “DELIVERED”, we will open an investigation and take immediate action in cases where:
✅ The tracking status shows “Not Delivered,” “Lost,” or “In Transit Exception”
✅ The issue was not caused by customer error (e.g. incorrect address or unreachable location).
