If a crash, water damage, or other incident occurs, we’ll replace your drone completely — no matter the cause.

• Includes: Any crash, collision, water damage, or incident causing physical or electronic damage — regardless of fault or reason.
• Benefit: Receive one brand-new replacement drone within 2 years of plan purchase.
• Covers: 100% of parts, components, and labor.
• Upgrades: If your drone model is discontinued, you’ll receive the most current version of equal or greater value.

⚙️ How to File a Claim

1. Email: Send your order number, proof of coverage, and a brief description of what happened to support@dcxudrones.com.
2. Return: Ship your damaged drone to our inspection facility (shipping both ways paid by the customer).
3. Replacement: Once verified, a new drone will be shipped immediately to get you back in the air fast.

📋 Terms & Conditions

• Duration: 24 months from the plan’s purchase date.
• Eligibility: Must be purchased within 30 days of your DCX drone order.
• Covered Units: Drones purchased directly from DCX Unlimited Inc. or authorized resellers.
• Not Covered: Lost or stolen drones, or intentional damage.
• Shipping: Customer covers return and outbound shipping for replacement claims.

If your drone suffers accidental or unintended damage to its frame, gimbal, camera, propellers, or any internal electronics, DCX Unlimited Inc. will replace it once during the coverage period. If the original model is no longer produced, you’ll receive the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.
